Returns within 30 Days

• Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.
• Products must be unworn, unwashed, odor-free, and with original tags attached to qualify for resale.

Returns After 30 Days

• Returns requested after 30 days of delivery are not eligible.

Refunds & Store Credit

• Choose store credit for faster approval.
• Refunds to your original payment method incur a $5 return processing fee unless you are a new customer or VIP member — in which case, returns are free.

Exchanges

• Need a different size? Select an exchange through our return portal.
• We’ll hold your replacement item for 48 hours once the request is submitted.

Non-Resellable Items

• Returns that are stained, damaged, washed, or missing tags may be refused. In some cases, they may qualify for store credit after inspection.
